Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera in Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11, Antonina demonstrated her striking prowess by TKOing Nievera with knees. After this win, Antonina received a UFC deal. Antonina Shevchenko made her debut in UFC at the TUF Finals TUF Heavy Hitting match against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi via split decision fight after winning the first fight via unanimity. Antonina rebounded from the defeat and fought Lucie Prudilova's fight in UFC on ESPN Covingtonvs. Lawler who was able to win the fight by rear naked choke submission. It was the best fight of the night in the fight. Shevchenko lost to Katlyn as well as Andrea Lee in three of her subsequent fights. She fought Ariane Lipski, and beat Ariane.
